Children's Mental Health Week
As part of Children's Mental Health Week, all classes had a Yoga session run by 'The Yogi Group'
Yogi Group make yoga, resilience and mindfulness fun for children. They spark the imagination and creativity in children while incorporating recognised Yoga postures.
They teach yoga adventures, meditations, breathing exercises and activities which encourage confidence, strength, balance and flexibility, introducing children to yoga and mindfulness
from an early age.
